JA PERSONAL FINANCE gives students hands-on experience in financial planning, with guidance from a Junior Achievement volunteer. This program helps students gain skills to set financial goals and make informed financial decisions throughout their lives. Five sessions focus on budgeting, investing, credit, identity theft and insurance. Program Kit delivered by JA volunteer.

    Each year I have a JA volunteer visit my classroom to present these lessons. My students look forward to them returning each week to do the next lesson.
